We have missed our friends and want to bring you something unique and safe so your dining experience at Flamant is something to remember. We also wanted to share with you an update of how we are dealing with the reopening, how the reservation process works and how your experience will look like, once you feel ready to join us.
Flamant adheres strictly to Anne Arundel County Health Department regulations regarding routine surface cleanings, face coverings and social distancing. Please arrive with your face covering and wear it when you are walking through common spaces, such as to your table or the restroom. Flamant offers tables both inside and on our patio that are appropriately spaced to offer plenty of distancing.
Our hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 5PM-9PM. Because of social distancing, we have fewer seats, and reservations are required. Please use our online reservation system. Although we do require a deposit to reserve your seat, 100% of this charge is applied to your final tab. This method guarantees your spot and helps us plan and ensure that we maximize our space for all our customers.

Wednesday Night Family Pop Up: Enjoy a meal your entire family will love. Delicious, easy and convenient. Order Wednesday by 2 PM, pick up Wednesdays from 5-7PM.
Flamant at Home: A specially curated menu created each week based on seasonality and Chef's imagination. Enjoy the flavors of Flamant in your own home by choosing from our a la carte menu. Order Thursday by 10AM. Includes delivery to your home, office, or even your boat, on Friday afternoon.
Flamant: Chef Frederik de Pue offers a 4 course tasting menu ($75 exclusive of wine, beer or spirits), which he changes every month. Make your reservation to enjoy the atmosphere and memorable experience that is an evening at Flamant.
