Founded in 2016, Flamant is an upscale restaurant in the heart of West Annapolis. Chef Frederik de Pue is known in the DC area for his culinary talents and exciting presentations. Flamant represents Chef de Pue’s classical training in Belgium, but is defined by his team’s love for seasonal cooking, world travel, and of course, his European roots.

The Flamant team really wants to create an exceptional experience for each of our customers. We push ourselves daily to become better so we can provide the highest level of service.

The menu at Flamant changes monthly. We feature local purveyors and the best imports of specialty products from around the world. We have close relationships with regional farmers. We often harvest herbs and vegetables from our own potager, right here at Flamant!


Our Dining Experience 

We offer several ways to enjoy Flamant and Chef Frederik de Pue’s gourmet cooking.

Dine in Our Restaurant: Enjoy a beautiful experience at Flamant, on our patio or in our dining room. We offer an a la carte menu and a four-course tasting menu. Our cellar has an outstanding collection of wine, beer and spirits to pair with your meal. We’re open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday, from 5PM to 9PM. Please make your reservation from right here on our website. 

Happy Hour: We cherish our tradition as a friendly bistro that serves as a meeting space for our friends and neighbors. Visit us to enjoy Happy Hour inside, on our patio, or next to our fire. We offer half price drink specials and a selection of snacks.  Happy Hour is 5PM-6PM Wednesday through Saturday. No reservations required.

Brunch: We’re excited to announce the launch of a family-friendly brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, from 11AM to 2PM. We’ll have a selection of traditional brunch items like waffles, crepes, and omelets, as well as drinks like our own Tomatillo Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas. No reservations required.

Flamant at Home: A specially curated menu created each week based on seasonality and Chef’s imagination. Enjoy the flavors of Flamant in your own home by choosing from our a la carte menu. Flamant at Home is available on Friday’s only for pick up from Flamant in West Annapolis, or delivery to select MD/VA/DC postal codes. Order Thursday by 2PM.

COVID-19 Response

Flamant adheres strictly to Anne Arundel County Health Department regulations regarding routine surface cleanings, face coverings and social distancing. Please arrive with your face covering and wear it when you are walking through common spaces, such as to your table or the restroom. Flamant offers tables both inside and on our patio that are appropriately spaced to offer plenty of distancing.

Our hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 5PM-9PM. Because of social distancing, we have fewer seats, and reservations are required. Please use our online reservation system. Although we do require a deposit to reserve your seat, 100% of this charge is applied to your final tab. This method guarantees your spot and helps us plan and ensure that we maximize our space for all our customers.
