Founded in 2016, Flamant is a Bistro in the heart of West Annapolis. Chef Frederik de Pue is known in the DC area for his culinary talents and exciting presentations. Flamant represents Chef de Pue’s classical training in Belgium, but is defined by his team’s love for seasonal cooking, world travel, and of course, his European roots.

The Flamant team really wants to create an exceptional experience for each of our customers. We push ourselves daily to become better so we can provide the highest level of service.

The menu at Flamant changes seasonally. We feature local purveyors and the best imports of specialty products from around the world. We have close relationships with regional farmers. We often harvest herbs and vegetables from our own potager, right here at Flamant!

We offer several ways to enjoy Flamant and Chef Frederik de Pue’s gourmet cooking.

Dine in Our Restaurant: Enjoy a beautiful experience at Flamant, on our patio or in our dining room. We offer an a la carte menu available for lunch and dinner. Our cellar has an outstanding collection of wine, beer and spirits to pair with your meal. We’re open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 12:00PM to 2:00PM and dinner from 4:30PM to 9:00PM. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 12:00PM-2:00PM for lunch and 4:30PM-9:00PM for dinner. Reservations are preferred but walk-ins are always welcome. Please use our online reservation system.
